Breaks or Puddles on Draperies or Curtain Samples

Drapery length is a matter of client preferences and the desired impact of the window treatment. Breaking length will break on floor, usually by 1"-2". Many times we have been asked by designers if they could see sample pictures of breaks or puddles on draperies or curtains. Below are a few samples of work that Precision Draperies, LLC has done. Check back often as more will be posted as we complete jobs.

	1" Break on floor	Soft Top Drapery with Rings Stationary panel, drapery style used was a flat soft top curtain with rings, known as a D-027 Modified. The flat width of the drapery including the banding is 54". Number of rings used was 6.
	2" Break on floor	Pleated Drapery Full working drapery, drapery style used was a 2 finger pleat with rings, known as a D-023 Modified with a top memory stitch to help keep the fullness sin place while traversing closed. Fullness used was 2x. Cons: requires dressing of the drapery when opening & closing.
	3" Puddle on floor	Rod Pocket Panel Stationary side panels mounted onto 28" stubby rods. Fullness used 3.4x.
	10" Puddle on floor	Pleated Drapery Full working drapery, drapery style used was an invert pleat on rings, known as a D-002. The invert pleats were banding with contrasting purple fabric. Cons: requires dressing of the drapery when opening & closing.
